Study is one connected system, not a set of separate tools:

Planner

Scheduling is deterministic — no AI does the capacity or time-boxing math. The planner works from a student’s owned tasks, exam scope and urgency, and their actual available study time, protecting active and completed work and recovering incrementally rather than silently rewriting the plan.

Next action

Ryze always points a student at one clear next step: active work first, then the most relevant item from their backlog if today’s plan has nothing queued. Paused, archived, and expired work is excluded. Applying a suggested action never auto-starts or auto-completes a session — the student is always the one who starts.

Revision

Review intervals are performance-based and deterministic, capped by how close the next exam is. The mastery view distinguishes a measured decline from an item that’s simply due for review — time passing alone never invents measured mastery.
